Our People are Amazing!

We are humbled that so many of our people have stuck with us from the beginning. Together we have pulled thru setbacks and overcome challenges because of their ingenuity, loyalty and hard work. There is no NexGen without their perseverance. Said simply, they care like owners versus renters.
The company in turn owes them a debt it could never re-pay.  It’s also no understatement to say that their grace for a leader who made a lot of mistakes along the way has been AMAZING!
